We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Returns Process

To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at info@caminonutrition.com, including “Returns + Your Order Number” in the subject line. We will provide you with return instructions.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items, and keep proof of postage for your records.
